The American actress, NáDej Kyla Bailey, was born on October 26th, 2003 in Cobb County, Georgia. At the age of 4, NáDej displayed that she had much interest in being an actress. NáDej would enthusiastically sit down in front of the television and watch her favorite shows. Once the credits began to roll, she would hurry off to her parents and reenact all that she could recall from those 30 minutes of screen time. Not only did she exhibit much of her potential to her parents, but surrounding friends and strangers that she would unabashedly perform various acts for, such as delivering monologues. Having developed a strong reading comprehension, a good use of vocabulary, and the ability to memorize at a young age, NáDej had undoubtedly impressive delivery. The actress decided to pursue the career professionally when she was 6 years old. During, and after, her seven years of acting training at Neko Parhams’ "TeamGreatness Atlanta" Youth Acting Conservatory, NáDej has completed numerous projects for film and television.

A few of her on screen appearances include her performances as Lily on ABC’s Revolution (2012), Jenny Thompson in NBC’s Resurrection (2014), and Britney on The CW’s Containment (2016). In 2014, she appeared in Paramount Pictures Selma, directed by Ava DuVernay. NáDej made her big screen debut in 2016 as Niya Meyers on Universal Pictures’ Almost Christmas, where she played the daughter of actress Gabrielle Union. She then went on to appear in the movie The Best Of Enemies, playing the daughter of Ann Attwatter (portrayed by Taraji P. Henson) in 2019. She has had the opportunity to work alongside actress Lucy Hale in 2018 on The CW’s Life Sentence, where she played Sadie Carter. As of 2021, she makes her latest appearance in Kevin Durant and Reggie Rock Bythewood’s Apple TV+ series Swagger, where she plays Tamika Johnson.
